The Development

The functional positioning of the product is the epicenter of a rapid growth area in Phuket. UTOPIA does not wish to be like its competitors, and pursued bringing to life the dream to create a multi-themed property. The chosen location in the hinterland of NaiHarn Beach and Rawai Beach Center, commencing with UTN then to UTL, now stepping into the future that is Utopia Dream.

While not only joining expanding scale of the industry, but also enriching product style, functionality and serviceability, it provides a stepping stone for UTOPIA to become a multi-dimensional large resort to meet different buyers’ needs; Utopia breaks through the common product styles in the industry, and came to proposed a multi-functional, multi-themed and to bring fantasies to life. There will be 3 separate condominium buildings with 8 individual design styled rooms to provide a diverse choice for all customer demographic and wishes. Three levels of entertainment space in its central condominium will expand the community lifestyle, and also provides a promotional landmark for Naiharn.

The villa design will also amalgamate traditional and modern aesthetics and amenities.
